CoreWeave Inc. has secured a multiyear contract to provide Anthropic PBC with cloud infrastructure. The deal will give Anthropic access to Nvidia GPU capacity across US data centers for its AI workloads.

The partnership aims to support the development and deployment of Anthropic’s Claude AI models, addressing growing demand for its services. Data center capacity commissioned by Anthropic is expected to become available later this year.

Following the announcement, CoreWeave’s shares rose significantly, closing up over 13% on Friday and 10.8% on Thursday. The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.

This agreement follows CoreWeave’s recent announcement of a $21 billion expansion of its partnership with Meta.
