Karoline Leavitt, the former White House press secretary, is joining Fox News as an on-air contributor. The conservative cable news network announced Monday that Leavitt will begin her new role on Nov. 1.

Leavitt, 29, was the youngest press secretary in White House history. She left her post as Donald Trump’s top spokesperson in August following the birth of her second child. At the time, she stated that she planned to spend more time with her family and take a role with the Trump-aligned Super Pac Maga Inc.

A fierce and nimble speaker, Leavitt is the second of Trump’s former press secretaries to join the cable news network. She follows Kayleigh McEnany, who joined Fox News in 2021.
