Approximately 200 U.S. troops have been wounded in the ongoing war against Iran, the U.S. military reported Monday, as the conflict enters its third week. The vast majority of injuries are described as minor, with 180 troops already returned to duty. The injuries stem from Iran’s missile and drone attacks, launched in response to U.S. military action. These strikes began on February 28th. Thirteen U.S. service members have been killed since Iran initiated strikes against U.S. military bases. More than 1,300 Iranians have also been reported killed. Details of the conflict come from U.S. Central Command.
