President Donald Trump plans to observe the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.
The White House said President Trump will pay tribute to the brave first responders who put their lives on the line.
Vice-President J.D. Vance is expected to represent the White House in New York. The 9/11 Memorial and Museum in New York City does not allow politicians to speak at Ground Zero to maintain a nonpartisan stance.
