Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of OnlyFans, has died of cancer at the age of 43, the company announced Monday. A spokesperson stated Radvinsky passed away peacefully after a long battle with the disease, and his family has requested privacy.

Radvinsky acquired Fenix International Limited, the company behind OnlyFans, in 2018. He transformed the adult content industry with the platform’s subscription-based model, growing it to over 300 million users and becoming a billionaire in the process.

Born in Ukraine and raised in Chicago, Radvinsky studied economics at Northwestern University, graduating as valedictorian. He previously founded MyFreeCams, a pioneer in online explicit content. Radvinsky was also an angel investor and supported philanthropic projects, including donations to cancer research and animal welfare organizations.
