Cole Tomas Allen is scheduled to make his first appearance in Washington federal court as early as Monday, two days after authorities announced they foiled an attack at the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner.

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro stated Saturday night that Allen will face at least two charges and predicted that there will be more.

The suspect left a manifesto with family members in which he expressed anger toward the government and listed a series of criticisms of the Trump administration. These writings discussed plans to target senior Trump administration officials and mocked the security measures of the event.

In the manifesto, Allen referred to himself and joked that he was the Friendly Federal Assassin.
