US forces used armed sea drones in combat for the first time on Sunday, striking a submarine and ship maintenance facility at Iran’s Bandar Abbas naval base. The Pentagon and Central Command confirmed the operation on Monday.
The attack involved three unmanned speedboats, which were utilized as one-way attack drones to hit the Iranian naval installations.
