A preliminary hearing is underway in Utah to determine if there is enough evidence to proceed to trial against Tyler James Robinson. Robinson is accused of the September 2025 assassination of Charlie Kirk.
During the proceedings, Utah prosecutors played redacted clips of interviews conducted with a former romantic partner and a roommate of the accused.
In a recorded interview with a prosecutor, roommate Lance Twiggs stated that he saw Robinson the day after Charlie Kirk was shot and killed.
As the preliminary hearing entered its fourth day, prosecutors continued to lay out their case against Robinson.
