Russia and Ukraine have traded aerial attacks as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a special meeting with top aides to discuss next steps.

Ukrainian drone strikes have caused fires at Russian oil facilities. Authorities in the southern regions of Rostov and Krasnodar reported that drones struck a tanker at the port of Taganrog and hit an oil depot in the city of Armavir.

Russian officials further claimed that a Ukrainian drone struck a nuclear plant over the weekend, damaging part of a turbine hall wall. In Zaporizhzhia, the exchange of drone attacks has left 13,000 residents without power.
