Anduril Industries Inc., a California-based defense technology startup, announced Wednesday that it has raised $5 billion in a Series H funding round. The investment has doubled the company's valuation to $61 billion.
The funding round was jointly led by venture capital firms Thrive Capital and Andreessen Horowitz. This latest capital injection comes approximately eleven months after the company's previous multibillion-dollar funding round.
The company's growth is supported by strong financial performance, including $2.2 billion in revenue in 2025. Additionally, Anduril signed a $20 billion enterprise agreement with the Pentagon in March.
Anduril specializes in the production of defense equipment, such as radar systems, missile engines, and drones.
