Daniel Kinahan, the alleged leader of a major Irish criminal network, has been arrested in Dubai. Dubai police took the alleged crime gang boss into custody on charges of organised criminal activity.
The arrest follows an international effort, as police tracked the Irish man around the world before apprehending him.
Kinahan faces accusations of involvement in organised criminal activity, specifically the laundering of money and the trafficking of drugs and firearms.
