U.S. President Donald Trump held separate phone calls with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to discuss ending the war in Ukraine.
Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov stated that President Trump spoke with Vladimir Putin for nearly 90 minutes, specifying the call lasted one hour and twenty-five minutes. During the conversation, Trump offered to help find a solution to the Ukrainian settlement.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy also spoke with President Trump on July 4. During the call, Zelenskiy called for American resolve to help end the war, which has lasted for more than four years.
