Bill Gates Apologizes for Epstein Ties and Admits Affairs

Bill Gates apologized to staff at the Gates Foundation for his association with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, calling it a “huge mistake.” He admitted to meetings with Epstein, initially to discuss philanthropy and potential fundraising for global health initiatives, and acknowledged bringing foundation executives to those meetings. Gates also admitted to two affairs, involving Russian women, but firmly denied any involvement in Epstein’s crimes. The apology comes after increased scrutiny fueled by the recent release of documents related to Epstein. The Microsoft co-founder expressed regret for tainting the foundation’s image with his connections. He recently withdrew from delivering a keynote speech at India’s AI Impact Summit shortly before it was scheduled to begin.
