Russian attacks across Ukraine and a Ukrainian strike in Russia resulted in multiple casualties on Saturday. Ukrainian authorities reported at least five deaths and numerous injuries after Russia launched over 270 drones overnight. Odesa was heavily targeted, with attacks damaging a maternity hospital and private houses, resulting in at least two deaths and eleven injuries.

Elsewhere in Ukraine, strikes killed three people and wounded at least 13. Damage was reported to gas production facilities, port infrastructure, and residential buildings.

In Russia, a Ukrainian drone attack in the Yaroslavl region, north-east of Moscow, killed a child and injured three others. Several residential buildings and a retail object sustained damage in the attack.

The attacks represent a continued escalation in the conflict, with both sides reporting strikes on civilian and critical infrastructure.
