Israeli strikes in Gaza kill dozens, including children, pregnant woman

Israeli airstrikes in Gaza have resulted in at least eight deaths, including a child and his pregnant mother, hospital officials report. The Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital confirmed the fatalities and stated that 14 others were wounded in the strikes. Earlier, Gaza’s civil defence agency reported another four people killed in a separate Israeli strike. The bodies were received at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. As the Rafah crossing prepares for a partial reopening on Wednesday, over 20,000 patients are awaiting evacuation from the region.
