Israel, Lebanon conflict escalates with strikes, ground ops, talks expected

Lebanese media reports these deadly attacks as diplomatic efforts to find a solution to the conflict continue. Lebanese President Joseph Aoun has proposed negotiations with Israel, but has not yet received a response. Beirut is currently forming a delegation for talks, though no date has been set.
