Ukrainian drones kill at least five in Russia, strike Wildberries warehouses

Ukrainian drone strikes killed at least five people across Russia overnight into Sunday, hitting industrial sites and a warehouse belonging to Wildberries, Russia's largest online retailer. Regional officials reported that at least two of those deaths occurred in regions along the Volga river.

Russian officials stated that Ukraine launched at least 635 drones at various targets. These strikes are part of a long-range campaign by Kyiv intended to disrupt Moscow's economy, occurring as Russia continues its own attacks on Ukraine.

In under two weeks, Ukrainian forces have struck over a dozen Wildberries sites and depots. Since July 18, these attacks have targeted the company in a bid to disrupt its operations.
