Tropical Storm Dolly formed in the Atlantic Ocean on Thursday, far from land. The storm is currently making its way across the ocean toward the eastern Caribbean.
Dolly marks the fourth named storm of the 2026 Atlantic hurricane season.
The National Weather Service named the storm on Thursday. Storm systems are named by the World Meteorological Organization.
