Man nearly sucked out of window on Ryanair flight

A 61-year-old man was nearly sucked out of a cabin window during a flight from Greece to Germany on Friday. The flight was operated by Malta Air, a subsidiary owned by Ryanair.

Passengers reported hearing a loud bang before something flew against a window and broke it. One witness stated she saw the man's head and shoulders sucked out through the broken window.

Fellow passengers launched a desperate rescue effort and pulled the man back inside the aircraft. Ryanair confirmed that the passenger was given medical treatment for friction burns resulting from the incident.
