President Vladimir Putin stated on Thursday that the world is living through a dangerous moment. Speaking at a foreign policy forum, Putin accused the West and Europe of escalating tensions.
He warned the West not to escalate the standoff over Ukraine by threatening the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. Putin asserted that Moscow would consider using all weapons at the country's disposal, including all types of weapons and nuclear weapons if necessary, to defend the Baltic exclave.
The President reiterated that such measures would be considered in the event of a direct attack on Russia, including Kaliningrad. Despite these warnings, he insisted that Moscow has no intention of attacking anyone.
