Bangladesh achieved a maiden home Test victory against Pakistan on Tuesday, securing a 104-run win in the opening match in Mirpur.
The victory was driven by fast bowler Nahid Rana, who claimed five wickets for 40 runs in the second innings. Rana's performance on an eventful final day was instrumental in bowling out Pakistan to seal the win.
Earlier in the contest, skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto and Mominul Haque helped the team reach 93-2 at lunch on Day 4.
