Lively’s Harassment Claims Dismissed, Case Against Baldoni Proceeds

A federal judge has dismissed the majority of Blake Lively’s claims against Justin Baldoni, significantly narrowing her lawsuit stemming from the film “It Ends With Us.” Judge Lewis Liman threw out 10 of the 13 claims filed by Lively against her co-star and the film’s director.

The dismissed claims include allegations of sexual harassment, which Lively brought forward in connection with the filming of the 2024 romantic drama. The judge’s ruling came during a court session on Thursday in New York.

However, a claim of retaliation remains intact, setting the stage for a potentially contentious trial. The lawsuit originally centered on Lively’s accusations regarding Baldoni’s conduct during the production of “It Ends With Us.”

The judge’s split decision leaves one key element of Lively’s case proceeding forward, despite the dismissal of most of her initial claims.
