Following the entry of thousands of migrants into the Spanish north African enclave of Ceuta in July, officials estimate that between 9,000 and 10,000 people, including approximately 2,000 minors, may still be in the city.

An estimated 5,000 of these individuals are living in open-air, makeshift camps that have emerged across the exclave. Spanish police have moved migrants into these makeshift shelters.

Many of those remaining, particularly vulnerable groups such as women, girls, and unaccompanied children, are struggling to meet basic needs for food, water, shelter, and sanitation.
