A parcel bomb exploded in Monaco on Monday evening, wounding three people, including a sanctioned Ukrainian-born millionaire. The attack targeted a tycoon with links to Russia and shocked the small Mediterranean sovereign state, which is known for its high concentration of wealthy residents.

Authorities have identified a suspect and issued an international arrest warrant, with Interpol also naming the individual in the investigation. A judicial source in Monaco indicated that the main suspect is a woman who has been spotted in Germany.

Media reports allege that the suspect attempted to pass as a man during the attack. The explosion seriously injured the Ukrainian-origin businessman and two others.
