Lorrayne Mavromatis, a former employee of MrBeast's production company, Beast Industries, has filed a federal lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and pregnancy discrimination during her employment.
Mavromatis claims she was demoted after complaining about the sexual harassment. The lawsuit further alleges that an internal company handbook told staff that "no does not mean no."
The former employee also claims she worked nonstop following the birth of her child, including while in the delivery room. She alleges she was ultimately fired weeks after returning from maternity leave. Beast Industries denies all of the claims.
