Ukraine strikes Russian oil refineries, pumping stations and a tanker

Ukraine has launched a series of long-range drone attacks against Russian energy infrastructure, striking an oil pumping station approximately 1,500 kilometers inside Russia near the Ural Mountains. These strikes also targeted a major refinery nearby, further crippling Moscow's crude-processing capabilities.

In a separate long-range drone attack, an oil facility in Russia's Perm region was reportedly set on fire. These actions are part of a wider wave of Ukrainian strikes aimed at the adversary's energy infrastructure.

Beyond mainland targets, Ukraine also hit a sanctioned tanker in the Black Sea. Vladimir Putin pointed to the strike on the Black Sea port facility as evidence of growing attacks against civilian infrastructure.

President Volodymyr Zelenskiy stated that Kyiv would continue to increase the range of its strikes.
