Three experts have stated that the munition which hit a wedding celebration on Tuesday, September 1, was likely a U.S. weapon rather than an errant Iranian air defence missile.
Vice President JD Vance said that the United States is investigating the deadly strike on the Iranian wedding. U.S. officials are investigating whether their forces were involved in the attack that killed civilians, although the United States has not accepted responsibility for the incident.
Meanwhile, Tehran said it targeted U.S. bases and forces in the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, and Iraq's Kurdistan region.
