The exiled opposition leader of Belarus has visited Kyiv for her first official visit. This visit took place just days after Russia launched its largest missile attack of the year, as the Ukrainian capital continues to clean up from the strikes.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has warned that Moscow is seeking to further draw Belarus, a Russian ally, into the conflict. In a rare phone conversation, Emmanuel Macron also urged his Belarusian counterpart not to allow his country to be dragged into the war.

Ukraine and its allies are increasingly concerned about Belarusian-Russian collaboration. Meanwhile, Moscow has warned that further strikes on Kyiv are coming.
