SpaceX has entered into a multibillion-dollar agreement with open-source AI startup Reflection AI to provide computing resources. This deal grants the startup access to additional computing capacity at SpaceX's Colossus 2 data center located near Memphis, Tennessee.

Under the agreement, Reflection AI will receive immediate access to Nvidia GB300 AI chips and supporting hardware used to train and run advanced models. In exchange, the startup has agreed to pay the newly public company $150 million per month starting July 1, 2026, through 2029.

Reflection AI will rent this capacity to develop open-source models. The agreement is part of a broader effort by SpaceX to become an AI infrastructure provider by turning its Colossus data center into a commercial computing power platform.

SpaceX has recently landed several other deals for its computing resources, including agreements with Anthropic, Google, and Cursor.
