Anthropic PBC is partnering with Blackstone Inc., Hellman & Friedman, and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to form a new company. The venture is designed to bring artificial intelligence to a broad group of midsize companies.

Anthropic, Blackstone, and Hellman & Friedman each expect to invest around $300 million, while Goldman Sachs is also an investor in the firm. The partnership will help integrate Anthropic’s AI model, Claude, into the systems of Blackstone and Goldman Sachs.

This move marks the latest effort by Anthropic to deepen its lead in the enterprise AI market as competition intensifies with rivals including OpenAI. Both Anthropic and OpenAI have partnered with asset managers to more aggressively market their enterprise AI products.
