A bus driven by a trainee driver plunged into the Seine river in Juvisy-sur-Orge, southeast of Paris, on Thursday. The vehicle veered off the road and into the water after colliding with a parked car.
The bus was being operated by a trainee driver who was in the final stages of her instruction.
Four people were rescued from the river, and officials confirmed that nobody was hurt. The bus could still be seen floating in the Seine close to the riverbank.
