Céline Dion will return to the stage this fall with a series of 10 concerts in Paris, marking her first major performances since pausing her career due to health reasons. The announcement came on the Canadian star’s 58th birthday.
Dion has been on hiatus after being diagnosed with stiff-person syndrome in 2022, a rare condition affecting her singing voice and ability to walk. The limited engagement in Paris will span five weeks, beginning in September.
The return was celebrated with a Paris-wide ad campaign and a special light show projected onto the Eiffel Tower. Dion announced she was ready to perform again in the French capital after a long period away from the stage.
