The Los Angeles County medical examiner's office announced Friday that the death of Memphis Grizzlies forward Brandon Clarke has been ruled an accident.
Authorities revealed that the death was caused by the effects of heroin and cocaine.
The medical examiner's report confirms that Clarke passed away on May 11.
