North Korean women's soccer team arrives in South Korea for regional tournament

A North Korean women's football club, Naegohyang FC, has arrived in South Korea to compete in the semi-finals of the Asian Football Confederation Women's Champions League. This visit marks the first time in eight years that athletes from the isolated state have traveled to the South.

The delegation, consisting of 27 players and 12 staff members, entered the country to participate in the regional tournament.

Naegohyang FC is scheduled to face South Korea's Suwon FC Women in the semi-final match. The game will take place this Wednesday in Suwon.
