Diplomats from around the world are gathering at United Nations headquarters in New York on Friday to decide whether to permanently remove the embattled chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan.
The court's 125 member states are set to vote by secret ballot on Friday regarding the dismissal of the prosecutor. This crucial vote follows allegations of sexual misconduct.
Khan was formally removed from his duties in June after a report found he had committed serious misconduct.
