Two men have been sentenced to prison by a London court at the Old Bailey for arson attacks targeting a car and two properties linked to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

Roman Lavrynovych, 22, from Ukraine, was sentenced to seven years in prison, while 27-year-old Stanislav Carpiuc from Romania received a two-year sentence. Both men were found guilty on Monday of conspiring to commit the arson.

The attacks occurred in May 2025 and targeted a car and two homes formerly connected to the Prime Minister. The men were described as Ukrainian-born with alleged links to Russia.
