Nvidia has notified some of its largest customers that the prices of servers containing its artificial intelligence chips will rise by more than 15 percent in many cases.

The price increases are attributed to soaring memory chip costs. The hikes will impact various systems, including those equipped with the flagship Vera Rubin and Grace Blackwell chips.

These pricing changes will go into effect on systems shipped early next year and systems shipped in early 2027.
